We do not collect special categories of data. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling. The fields marked as required are the minimum we need to reply; without them we cannot get back to you.
3. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact. If the quote is accepted and the work goes ahead, data is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the applicable statutory periods (tax and commercial: up to 6 years). Analytics data is kept for the periods stated in the cookie policy.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own marketing. The following act as processors or providers:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and processing of the form submission. Certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Google Ireland Ltd. — the email service where we receive your messages (Gmail) and, if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.
Some of these providers may transfer data internationally, covered by adequacy decisions or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
5. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to aguayogarage@gmail.com, stating which right you are exercising and attaching proof of identity. You can also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or to the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
6. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or alteration. Form submissions are encrypted over HTTPS.
7. Minors
This site is not aimed at children under 14. If you are under that age, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us on your behalf.
8. Changes
We may update this policy if our services or the applicable rules change. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
